Your web & marketing department.

Not an agency you brief and chase. The department you'd hire — web, brand, ads, content, social and the software behind it — running from one desk, on one plan you can read.

01 — About

Most businesses don't need an agency. They need a marketing department.

Dasma Design Lab is the digital side of Dasma — a Dubai business that has been producing for local companies for years. Same building, same standards, a different remit: everything that happens on a screen. Print and copy still lives next door at dasmadxb.com.

That means one team designs the logo, builds the site, runs the ads, shoots the content, manages the channels and builds the software behind the counter. No handoffs between three suppliers who have never spoken.

Based in Al Karama, Dubai. We work with businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman — and remotely with clients in the UK, Canada and Australia. Two people run the desk: Grant on operations and systems, Asad on client relations in Dubai.

Mission

Simplify digital marketing worldwide — clean design, clear messaging, high-converting content, without confusion or wasted budget.

Philosophy

Keep it smart, effective and easy to manage. Cut the fluff and get the brand noticed.

05 — Where we work

Dubai first. The whole GCC next.

One digital department serving six markets, remotely, in Arabic and English.

Get noticed. Get results.

01

One point of contact — no account-manager relay

02

Fixed scope, written up front, no surprise line items

03

You own everything — domains, accounts, code and data

03 — Process

How it runs

Four stages. You know the cost and the deadline before anything is built.

STEP 01

Scope

A short call. What you sell, who buys it, what number needs to move. You leave with a written scope and a price.

STEP 02

Structure

Messaging and architecture before any visual design. Decide what it says before deciding how it looks.

STEP 03

Build

Design, copy, assets, campaigns and systems built against the scope. You review on a live preview link, not a PDF.

STEP 04

Launch & handover

Everything goes live, tracking is connected, and you get the logins plus a walkthrough.

Built for businesses that want the work done, not explained.

Whether you need one website or the whole department — brand, site, ads, content, social, software and the tracking behind it — the engagement is the same shape: clear scope, fixed price, work you can manage yourself afterwards.

04 — FAQ

Common questions

All questions →
Where is Dasma Design Lab based?
Dubai, UAE — in Al Karama. We work with clients across the Emirates and remotely worldwide; everything we deliver is online, so where you are rarely matters. Printing and signage is handled by our sister company, Dasma Print & Copy (dasmadxb.com).
How is this different from an agency?
An agency sells you projects. A department owns the outcome. You get one point of contact, one plan covering everything from the logo to the shopfront sign, and no relay of briefs between suppliers who bill separately.
Do I have to take everything?
No. Take a single service or the full department. The enquiry form asks which, and either answer is fine.
What does it cost?
Scope-based, quoted in writing before anything starts. Tell us the goal and the budget range in the enquiry form and you get a straight number back — no discovery-call sales pitch.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Sites are handed over with your own logins and a short walkthrough. Editing text, images and prices should never require calling us.
How long does a project take?
We aim to deliver every project within two weeks of kickoff — a logo, a website, a CRM or the full department build. The two things that move that date are how quickly content and approvals come back from your side, and how urgent the job is: if you need it faster, tell us and we will plan around it.
How do I start?
Fill in the enquiry form — about two minutes. You get a written reply with an approach and a price, not a sales call.
