Pricing

Clear prices.Fixed scope, in writing.

What web design, branding and marketing cost with Dasma Design Lab, from Dubai to anywhere in the GCC.

A one-page website starts at AED 1,500 — a freelance rate with a studio finish — a brochure site at AED 4,000 and a bilingual business site at AED 9,000. Brand identity starts at AED 4,000, paid-ads management at AED 1,500 a month plus spend, content and social at AED 3,000 a month, custom ERP or CRM at AED 15,000 per module and the full department at AED 8,000 a month. Every project gets a fixed written price before we start.

Boutique pricing: a small team, no account-manager layer, so the entry points sit at freelance rates and the ceilings stay well under agency-network prices. The figures below are our starting points and typical GCC ranges, not a menu. Every project is scoped and quoted in writing before kickoff, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Prices are in AED. Clients in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman pay by bank transfer; as a rough guide, 1 AED is about 1.02 SAR, 0.99 QAR, 0.10 BHD, 0.083 KWD or 0.105 OMR.

How it works

The small print, in plain words.

Payment terms. Projects are split 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month and can be ended with one month's written notice.

Delivery. Our target is delivery within two weeks of kickoff, dependent on your content and approvals. Rush delivery within three days is possible for most projects and carries a fee stated on the quote.

Ad spend. Media budgets for Google and Meta are separate from our fees and stay in your own ad accounts, billed to your card. We never mark up spend.

Ownership. You own your domain, hosting, ad accounts, code, content and data from day one. If you leave, everything stays with you.

VAT. UAE VAT at 5% applies where relevant; the quote confirms whether it is charged on your project.

GCC payments. Clients outside the UAE pay by international bank transfer in AED. Local currency equivalents are approximate; your bank sets the final rate.

Questions people ask

Are these fixed prices?
They are starting points and typical ranges. Your project gets a fixed written quote before kickoff, and that number does not change unless you change the scope.
Why are prices in AED if I am in Saudi Arabia or Qatar?
We are based in Dubai and invoice in AED. You pay by bank transfer and your bank converts; 1 AED is roughly 1.02 SAR or 0.99 QAR, so the figures translate almost one to one.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Hourly billing puts the overrun risk on you. We scope the work, state a price and a delivery date in writing, and carry the risk ourselves.
What is included in ad management fees, and what is not?
The fee covers strategy, setup, management, tracking and reporting. Ad spend is separate, paid from your own Google and Meta accounts, with a sensible minimum of about AED 3,000 a month.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Many clients start with a website or brand identity and move to a monthly retainer once the site is live and there is something worth sending traffic to.
